Please review the following information before booking. ⏰ CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT 🔑 Check-in: 4:00 PM 🔒 Check-out: 11:00 AM ⏰ Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability and additional fees. 🏊 HEATED SALTWATER POOL 🏊 Pool heating is available for an additional fee of $125 per day. 📅 Pool heating must be requested at least 48 hours before arrival. 🌡️ The pool temperature is set to a maximum of 87°F. ⏳ Depending on outdoor temperatures, it may take up to 24 hours for the pool to reach the desired temperature. ❄️ Pool heating may be limited during extreme cold weather due to automatic freeze protection. 🍔 BLACKSTONE GRIDDLE 🍔 A Blackstone griddle is available for guest use. 🔥 Propane is included for your convenience. ⚡ EV CHARGING ⚡ Tesla's Universal EV Charger is available for guest use and is compatible with most electric vehicles 📷 SECURITY CAMERAS 📷 Exterior security cameras monitor the driveway, parking areas, exterior entrances, and portions of the outdoor amenity areas for guest safety and property protection. 🔒 There are no cameras inside the cabin or in areas where guests would reasonably expect privacy. 📶 INTERNET 📶 Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the cabin. 🌩️ Because Aqua Pines is located in a rural area, occasional weather-related power or internet interruptions may occur and are outside the owner's control. 🌲 WILDLIFE & NATURE 🌲 Aqua Pines is located in a beautiful wooded setting where wildlife is part of the experience. 🦌 Guests may encounter deer, squirrels, rabbits, birds, butterflies, insects, spiders, snakes, raccoons, coyotes, excessive pollen, poison ivy, poison oak, and other natural elements common to the Broken Bow and Hochatown area. 🧹 The property is professionally cleaned and regularly treated for pests; however, because we are surrounded by nature, wildlife or insects may occasionally be seen. 🚪 Please keep doors and windows closed when not in use. 🐾 PET POLICY 🐾 One well-behaved dog (30 lbs or less) is welcome. 💲 $100 non-refundable pet fee. 📢 Pet must be disclosed prior to arrival. 🛋️ Pets are not permitted on furniture or bedding. 🧹 Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pet. 🛠️ Damage caused by pets, including scratches, chewing, stains, excessive odors, or other damage, will result in additional repair or cleaning charges. 🚗 PARKING 🚗 Ample parking is available for multiple vehicles, boats, and ATV trailers. 👥 OCCUPANCY 👤 The guest making the reservation must be at least 21 years old and must remain at the property during the stay. 🚫 No parties, unauthorized events, or unregistered overnight guests. 🚭 SMOKING 🚭 No smoking, vaping, marijuana, candles, incense, sage, or open flames inside the cabin.
